I'm not sure to unerstand your question, but as far as I can guess, those parts are not available in Studio for now.
So, you'll have several option :
- using an other LDraw related software like LDCAd or MLCad.
- import the missing parts in your studio installation using Bricklink's part designer (you'll have to add connectivity informations to the dat files)
- waiting for bricklink to add the parts to Studio's master palette.
Remember that despite using the LDraw part library, Studio isn't directly relatedto the part tracker, so the unofficial parts are not avaialable for it like for other softwares.
So, you'll have several option :
