On the other hand, the real Solid colors take 3 wheels, without dithered ones. Not that bad... So, anyway, what about  moving dithered colors out of Solid colors, creating new category (like metalic, transparent etc. are).

I would actually find it helpful to group like colors together as well (reds, blues, transparent greens, etc.). Stud.io does this in its color search and it’s a feature I like about that program.

But that’s a little beyond your search suggestion, since not all reds have “red” in the name, for example.
