Speed Champions wheel inserts for Wheel 18976

Looking for the new-ish Speed Champions wheel cover inserts (referencing Bricklink #'s):
29117a - the Ferrari F40 wheel with 5 wide spokes
29117b - the McLaren 720s wheel with 5 outlined floral-shape spokes
Also from the early waves:
24308b - the Corvette/Chiron wheel insert "10-spoke Y-shape"
Curious what happened with the still-unofficial 24308a. It appears to have been flagged for Certify back in 2016 but it's not made the jump into official parts. Did it get forgotten or were there issues?
