While testing the 1.3.0 version when it came out, I did have the feeling that the output pdf was of a lower quality than I used to (with 150 or 300 dpi). However, I didn't investigate it further (it was only a little test of the new features in 1.3.0).
Still, I don't know if it was really a lower quality or if it was just me thinking it was lower. I've already deleted the pdf's though.
