Well, then any program that makes use of these types of parts needs to have a separate "synthesis parts" package that can be downloaded and installed standalone. I have bad memories of LSynth refusing to install on my computer; plus, it's ridiculous that users wanting to look at a file that contains these parts is forced to install the authoring tool.
