a ring18 connects a cyl scaled x18 with one scaled x19, which means the rounding imperfections from the cyl prims get amplif... |

| I didnt find the subfile count, but the red "not releasable" paper symbol is a good indicator for "one subfile is missing certs" (thats why its there)
