I can get it and 3D scan it, but I won't be able to do much with the scanned data so someone else will need to make the parts for the tracker with the data.

That issue is due to Studio trying to jam a high res stud part onto lower res polygons and so the two don't match up. Turn down the visual quality in the studio preferences one notch to the left and y...
