| Let's make the spec reflect what we want. What I'm reading is:
- >5dp -> error
- 5dp -> ok for Prims and Type 1 lines
- >3dp Non-Prim Type 2-5 lines -> Warning
I'm ok with this.

| While there are a handful of problems that the PT does auto fix (like funky UTF encoding), I generally don't like to silently auto fix errors. It may lead to unintended consequences. |

| Yes, if an official BDP produced set.
BDP submissions that are not selected should go in MOCs.
Also, while not required, it is preferred you post the ldr/mpd as opposed to the .io file. |
