Update your email - Orion Pobursky - 2026-06-27
If you are a registered Library user, ensure your email listed here on the forum is up-to-date and working
If all goes well and the 2026-06 release goes out this weekend, I will be pushing the new software update to the Parts Tracker on Monday 6/29 probably some time around 1800-2000 PDT (that's 0300-0500 CET on 6/30). This will make the PT a standalone website and sever the connection between the forum and the PT. Before that happens, I will run a one time script to pull and update the PT profiles with the email listed here on the forum. If your email is out of date, you will not be able to do a password reset in order to log into the PT and will have to contact an admin with your correct email.

Hello Orion (again): yesterday (in argentinian time) I try to update my e-mail in order to login to the PT, but with no avail. Today I sent you a PM asking the validation, and fail again.

You have to reset your password. The library password is not the same as your forum password.
Also, you can also use your PT username (not your real name) to log in.

Hmm, I had a different experience:
— I went to the tracker but the page wouldn’t load,
— I deleted all the cookies for library.ldraw.org,
— I opened a new tab…
— and I’m logged in without any other action.

I recommend deleting all ldraw.org cookies regardless of subdomain.

Well, even after deleting all the cookies and restarting my browser, I was still logged in
So I logged out of everything and re-logged and reset my password for the tracker.
(Browser: Falkon 26.04.2 / QtWebEngine 6.10.2, so Chromium-based.)

If you keep getting "this page is expired" errors clearing all cookies usually fixes it.

Yes, something “useful” for when the browser crashes but not when you want to clean things
Anyway, my (unclear) point was: don’t hesitate to log out to be sure you can log in.
