Successor to LL918 using parts available today - Daniel A. Nagy - 2026-05-27 A Tribute to the Favorite Set of My Childhood This is a modernized version of the LL918 Space Transport set, using only parts currently (as of Spring, 2026) available from LEGO Pick-a-Brick online. The main design principle was to retain (or even improve) the durability and playability of the original, using similar, simple building techniques. An additional design principle was to use general-purpose parts, allowing for many alternative builds and re-use in Space-themed builds, following the structure and the building sequence of the original as closely as practical. The main differences with the original are the following:
