Is it allowed to upload a Stud.io file?

Yes, should be. (I believe that was added to the allowable list.)

The .io is a zip.

That said, I just checked and the limit for .io files is 10MB not 2.1MB

RE: Pokemon - Magnus Forsberg - 2026-04-09

Wouldn't it be better to save/export the file as an .ldr file from within Stud.io?
And in the process get rid of all the studio code making the io-file bigger than it need to be.

It may not be easy as there are many possible sources of incompatibilities (part file names, origin/orientation, different availability of parts in Studio and LDraw libraries). Tracking down these problem can prove tricky!
Alternatively you can place the file on a file hosting website (eg. Bricksafe https://bricksafe.com/) and just put the link here.

Try again. Another issue fixed.

Permissions are the bane of my existence.  IDK why the UI would list something as "enabled" when it's use is disallowed in all cases.
