Convert the STL to an Obj and then use obj2dat.exe to convert it to a dat file if you want to use it yourself. I doubt it would get added to the tracker since it isn't official lego parts plus the whole copyright of it etc.

You can convert stl files and other 3D formats to LDraw with 3DToLD.
