The part in question is variant of 98138 (Tile, Round 1 x 1) with TIE Fighter cockpit print. IIRC Trans-Clear.

I made a quick version of it in studio if that is any use to you, I think it came out OK considering the quality of the images I sourced for it. I also did the 2 other parts for the trench run diorama.
