Part 98138pb0.dat was never converted to have an ering like other similar parts were so it looks bad in high res.

looks like one of the oldest patterns for that part (more than 10 years old)
also, its CC BY 2 + 4, so it may need a rework anyways...
for the pattern itself, yes the ering is missing, but could be done completely different upon rework: black ring as prim (and another one as padding), then the ering inside of it (and the center looks symmetric enough to be quartered)
