I'm aware that currently making custom flexible parts is near impossible, really all I need is the claw itself. Thank you in advance!

Actually this one looks like it would be quite straightforward—just 2 or 3 donor segments for the bendy part, plus one (presumably non-bendy) for the cylindrical end.
Similar to the Technic ribbed hose and/or the flexible Technic axle.
