Apparently, the safeguards that are in place to prevent parts with circular references are buggy. Until I can chase down what the problem is (hopefully soon), triple check to make sure you are not submitting parts with circular references.

This bug is fixed and parts with self referencing Type 1 lines will be rejected on submit
