part is not available as a raw mesh, but looks to be doable from pictures as it has a pretty regular shape.

a picture straight from the top and bottom would help thoguh

Found a turnaround for this part:

green version (has hat placed on in the video):

that hat could serve as additional size reference to make sure it's correct width
