* +/- on the keyboard (Numpad won't work) or whatever you have defined as shortcut outside the default settings under:
"Tools... -> Options... -> Costumize Shortkeys"
where you might also change the direction of the mouse wheel under:
"Invert Wheel Zoom Direction"
