CA Affirmation - Orion Pobursky - 2023-03-26
I've added a check before the submit form to see if a user has affirmed the new CA. I'm working on updating the accounts of who has sent me a message since we changed it last year but I haven't finished inputting everyone. Assuming I haven't updated you, you may see a screen asking you to affirm the new CA. Once you click "Affirm" your account will be updated and you'll never that screen again.

Its the "Contrbuter Agreement Dated 2022-02-23" (there is an i missing)
