Done with LDCad 1.6d
NOTE: I've also included the spring mesh .dat file for the default pose, necessary for rendering in Studio (replace the spring mesh refs in the shock absorber subfiles with it). Alternately, you can use the static part, which fits within ¼ LDU.

Isn't it? It confused me for a bit, as I couldn't figure out which element was missing from my part bin. I thought it was a sticker at first!

I hate to break up the fun, but I think this might be the wrong number for this part.
As Philo pointed out it is in LDD as 30210, Horn.
And we already have these:
30208, Hemisphere 4 x 4 Multifaceted,
30209, Bracket 1 x 2 - Dish 4 x 4
30210, missing
30211, Support Insectoid Leg Small
30212, Support Insectoid Leg Large
30213, Rock 2 x 2 Crystal 3 Point
30214, Minifig Helmet Round Bubble
All of these are parts in the Insectoid theme.
The danish name for part 30210 is Følehorn, translates into: sensory horn, or sensory antenna, or feelers. Sound very much like an insect.
6919 is not listed as a partnumber.

That certainly makes more sense. If consensus dictates, I would propose renaming as follows:
6919.dat -> 30210.dat
6919s02.dat -> 30210s01.dat
6919s03.dat -> 30210s02.dat
That would also fix the gap in subfile numbering.
