I had the same issue. I was using non template shocks. I spent 2 days looking for the answer. Finally I registered to LDraw and looked here. Thank you Philippe.

question i was looking for part 67141 which was not there i downloaded the parts for it and Ldcad can not find them but MLcad can find them why is this please help

- Did you restart LDCad after updating library?
- Are you sure both programs use the same library?

Clearly no: MLCad is unable to use zipped library!
