OMR Spec - Orion Pobursky - 2020-06-17
I've tweaked the OMR spec somewhat. There are no material changes, just some formatting and clarification.

(1) 31009-1 models "skater house" and "windmill" wrongly attribuate to me.
(2) 4401-1 no image displayed when you choose "list"

31009 is fixed
There is no 4401 in the OMR.
For model updates, just like you said, attach a correction to the original post with an appropriate history line.
