Is there any plans on finishing this part?

I see there's a couple parts and subparts in the unofficial parts tracker that mentions 70962. The last comment from Dec -19 in this entry https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/u656.dat notes that 70961 exists but 70962 is missing.

Does anybody know if 70962 will be created?

That part is already made, and was released in the 2019-03 update
