There's something that happens around 2:08 where you generate a new guide point (sorry if that's not the right terminology) and then move it into the part to guide the cable. How does that happen? When you select any end point of a flex part and press insert key, only the control point is added. I noticed you sometimes find the 'umbrella' is in the way. You can hide it at any time with the p (pin) key.
