Has anyone created either of these parts?
Cloth Minifigure Skirt #16816 and #99257
Having trouble finding in the library.
Trying to find a dat file for either of these to create a custom pattern for them using Ldraw Pattern Creator
I note that LDD has the Kilt version of this piece 99257pb01 in the folded form ready to use.
Does LCad allow the use of folded versions of these as I can only find flat versions of the cloth caps so far.
