Looking for minifig parts - Jaco van der Molen - 2016-10-31

Hi all,

I am looking for some specific minifig torso's and heads.
I was wondering if someone knows if these are made?
Else, I need something closest to them.

That Chef Suit is made by Willy and is at the PT as 973p8t.dat

and the blue Suit is 973p8l. Official part, also made by Willy.
