Change to LDraw.org Forums guidelines - Orion Pobursky - 2016-04-07
We've made a change to the Forum Guidelines to address the fact the PMs are now enabled. The follow paragraph has been added:
Private Messages
- Private messages are subject to the same rules stated above
- Private massages are monitored by the forum administrators and not "private" in the strictest sense of the word
- Private messaging is a privilege that will be revoked for a user permanently and without warning if any abuse of the rules is reported or discovered

Two things. First of all, "states" in the first rule should be "stated". Secondly, the Forum Guidelines post that you linked to doesn't contain these rules.
