Color per part - Sven v. Beuningen - 2015-10-30 Hi together, is there somewhere the information available which official part exists with which color? Currently I can use each part with each color in MLCad e.g. I'd like to know which parts do really exist. Best Regards Sven Re: Color per part - Michael Heidemann - 2015-10-30 See this possibility on Brickset: http://brickset.com/parts/design-3001 Re: Color per part - Orion Pobursky - 2015-10-30 Peeron has a good reference too: http://www.peeron.com/inv/colors Re: Color per part - Sven v. Beuningen - 2015-10-30 Thank you very much. This helps a bit. Is there in addition some more or less official list like the xml files from ldraw available? Re: Color per part - Stephen - 2015-10-30 As does BrickLink: http://www.bricklink.com/catalog.asp I've personally found this site more comprehensive and easier to check colours with, especially since part numbers and names more closely match that used by LDraw. I vaguely remember wanting to put my boot through the screen trying to use BrickSet to find parts. But I agree that LEGO parts names used by Brickset are often far from obvious... I often resort to a convolved way, first find a set that contains the part I look for, then browse the inventory to identify its part number.
