I'm new here so you now, I need help to open this file (http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/10128.dat) i use Ldraw and only appears a single brick. Thanks

It is only a single brick! (It's just the Body of the Hulk figure.)
If you a looking for the Train Level Crossing from 2003, I actually can not help you. Sorry! Maybe it is available somewhere in the WWW...

I think he means how to add it to his part library in order to use it in models etc.
Most editors have a search path configuration in order to do that.
Alternative is to put files in the parts and p by hand or let LDView handle it through auto update (by using a dummy model which uses the part).
As a last resort you could also download the whole unofficial library and merge it with the official one.
