Are there zombie minifigs made by TLG? There are some shown on the Web, but I don't know if they're official or not.

Yes, there is. The first and the last of your pictures are real TLG figures.
There was a whole gang in the Monster Fighters and at least one in the CMF.
The second looks a lot like the heads from Citizen Brick. They also have some torsos.
