modelling deformed tyres - Nicola - 2014-02-23 is there any way to create/insert a deformed tyre in mlcad (or other programs) ? something like this: Re: modelling deformed tyres - Michael Heidemann - 2014-02-23 My first thought was to use the matrix, but a quick check shows me that this does not work properly. Maybe for a quick shot this technic can be used, but not for high quality renders. What you really need is a new file. So you have to create, based on the values you need, a new part file. There is no other way to solve your problem. Re: modelling deformed tyres - Philippe Hurbain - 2014-02-23 Not so simple... for this slick tire, Pathtruder would do the job to create a specially warped part. LSynth could be used too, and I think it would be possible with LDCad too. |
