Are there two versions?
right now only one is in the part library
bricklink list two:
4460a Slope 75 2 x 1 x 3 - Completely Open Stud
4460b Slope 75 2 x 1 x 3 - Hollow Stud

The current version of LDD contains the 4460 with closed hollow stud!
It seems that there are no internal ribs or something else. Please we need this confirmed on a real part.

Unfortunately I'm not at home tonight, but I'll have a look into my collection tomorrow.
I think, we can trust that to versions exist. I own the completely opened stud and on BL there is a picture of the hollow stud version. Now we only need to know the underside differences...

I checked my parts. most of them were of fully open type, but I finally found hollow stud version. Except for that difference, they seem completely identical.
