(not sure which one of both we're using here exactly).

I feel that the LSC should also have a cleaning, clearing word on this. Just the native english members should know what we are doing and so we can - and should - fix it in a spec. So there will be no doubt about this question in the future.

I remember that post, it was by me. You left out the most important part of the quote.
That post just describes the established, undocumented de facto scheme we use for titling our parts:
Quote:when uploading, could you please stick with the current part naming quasi-standard, which is heading-like capitalization like this "Wheel Large Motorcycle with Holes in Rim" instead of "Wheel Large Motorcycle with holes in rim"
