It doesn't seem to be very hard to create, but I don't have it either. I could have a shot at it if someone here could post some good photographs...???

Yes, you're right, it shouldn't be hard to create. On Bricklink it looks like a smaller Version of the 2997.dat
Nevertheless we should wait, if somebody have a photo of it...
