The Tower Bridge.
I'm not sure if compliant for the OMR with all the sub-assemblies, but I can't see how to do something this big without sub-assemblies.
The 2 x 3 window glass was noted as too thick on tracker, so this includes an edit of the 2 x 2 window glass.

The sketch I did to calculate the angles using arc length and a couple of other tricks for the 'cables' at anglesForCables10214.JPG

Nice! I don't have AutoCAD so trig is my friend and I think I would have torn my hair out with this one.
Thanks Orion, the CAD tools are a nice to have - mine's a very old version. I wouldn't have been able to do 55817 without it. Unfortunately the DXF-DAT code I was working on got toasted when a hard drive crashed, and I've been working to recreate it.
I've also been thinking of getting TurboCAD, it's priced a little more reasonably, and will bring me into this decade compatibility-wise, I have to run AutoCAD in a VM.

I just had a short glance but it looks perfectly OMR. What makes you believe that OMRs have to have no sub-assemblies?

Thx for sharing, it'll be surely part of the next AIOI.

Thanks Willy, I didn't see any in the examples previously posted except sub-models, and the spec didn't mention sub-assemblies.
Also as this was the first huge model I shared, I had my doubts considering I still have many rework cycles on the parts I post.
Just noticed this in my in-box. At $170 US, it might be time to move on from AutoCAD 2000:
TurboCAD Deluxe 18 Anniversery Bundle
Wow! Congratulations Wink Too bad the patterned shield is missing...
What, this released in 2011-02 update?
OMG - This one has been a pain to try to do!
I didn't find it when I hunted. Will be editing the post shortly.
Updated! Thanks Chris for the info & special thanks to J.C. Tchang for the dat file!
mpd in top message updated to use newly released parts and remove copies of unofficial files.
