That's the antique out-of-date reference page. I'm glad you brought it to my attention though so I could add a link to the real one.

That actually was never an offical page to begin with. It was just me being overzealous with transferring content to the, then new, CMS.

Perhaps delete? It shows up in google search which is not good at all.
