When I try to upload a part I get a screen with a "500 Server Error" message. I was able to upload the subfiles, but not the parts.

It also says "28694.dat: To submit a change to a part already on the Parts Tracker, you must check "Replace existing file(s)" but there is no file 28694 on the Parts Tracker. When I tick "Replace existing file" I recieve the "500 Server Error" message.

I'm only guessing, but check for a typo in the header.

I checked with DatHeader. All good. These are the files.

There some glitch happen when this part was uploaded. I'll get it fixed but not until I'm back from vacation on Friday.

I found the error: there was a space in your username in the history line. "Lisa Winter" vice "LisaWinter". The error check should catch this but didn't for some reason. I've resubmitted the 2 parts for you.
