Tried to upload a (new) sub-file, got the following error message: 

Parts Tracker File Submit Form
Franklin W. Cain ([email protected]) is not a Parts Tracker registered author

What happened, please?

Your Author: line is wrong. It should be:
0 Author: Franklin W. Cain [fwcain]

The PT is much more rigorous in enforcing correct format than it has been in the past.
