Hmm. This was submitted after the license change over. Let me check my records.

I checked. Bjoern has agreed to the CA after it was revised. He apparently was missed when I updated users. This will be fixed in the next release.

I'm also going to implement a check to prevent the release of any new CC_BY_2 primitives.
