79808 is not available in Lego Instructions App which still use previous model 29636 which is already in the library: https://library.ldraw.org/official/3380

That's why I thought it was already in the library. I guess I didn't search hard enough.

It is not true; the part IS available in Lego B.I.A in set (at least) 60380 as part 29636. Here is the raw mesh (with minimal corrections and using the proper number)

Indeed I looked at the folder name only but did not extract the 3D meshes to check. However there is no functional difference between both parts. Here is a raw file including edges.

It is indeed a different mould, thicket attachment point of the whisksand flattened.

Why did they add the anti roll notch? SOmebody from workplace saftex did an audit?

It's just a molding artefact... Nonetheless put it on PT with the notch: https://library.ldraw.org/tracker/33336
