I think I have found a small inaccuracy in the car.ldr file which is shipped with the LDraw parts library. All wheels (4624.dat) are at y=6:
Code:
1 7 -30 6 60 0 0 1 0 1 0 -1 0 0 4624.dat

but the pins of the "Plate 2 x 2 with 2 Wheel Pins" (4600.dat) are at y=5:
Code:
1 16 22 5 0 0 -1 0 1 0 0 0 0 1 wpin2.dat
It is also visible when moving any wheel in the X direction towards the center in LDCad or a similar application (see attached image)

Is there a reason for this difference of 1 LDU?

Car.ldr schould be removed altogether as we ship much more exciting models with the AIOI.

You are right. This model is not correct.

I disagree, it's the mascot model.

I still remember how good it was to see it (finally) render in one of the first LDCad builds Big Grin
