There seems to be a problem with the Parts Tracker File Scan and the new parts.

That's the url for the old PT. What link did you use to get there as this should be auto redirected to the new PT?

Try the new search tool instead, connected to the new library.
https://library.ldraw.org/search/part

It's the link provided by rebrickable for all parts ><

Ok. Redirect isn't working properly then
