I tried to download a recent version of LDConfig.ldr from

https://www.ldraw.org/library/official/ldconfig.ldr
or
https://library.ldraw.org/library/official/ldconfig.ldr

This was not possible. Where can I download a recent version of LDConfig.ldr?

edit: I found the answer. It was located here (case sensitive):
