I am currently trying to make a part with a sticker/design on it (2335pb058). It is for the flag 2x2. I am new to all this software and I don't know what to do. If someone could help that would be awesome.

First step is to try finding the part on the Parts Tracker. To make the flag/sticker assembly you first need the sticker itself, and you can search for it by sticker sheet number (which Bricklink knows) and/or the set number (which should appear as an LDraw keyword).
Having tried that, I see we don't have this exact sticker, but searching instead for "sticker bang", I see we have a very very similar one:

As far as I can tell, the only difference in the part you're looking for is the color of the starburst, so all you'd need to do is replace color 15 in the sticker linked above with color 27 (lime). You could even do that as search-and-replace in a text editor.
