Hi so i am using the parts that are in the image but i can only find these 2 items but i need to adjust the length but can not find how to do i have look in the templates section and nothing there could someone please advise thanks

You need to inline these shortcuts to access the individual components. Select the linear actuator, then right-click -> reorganize -> inline.
