There was a subpart reference issue with one part (13710ac01.dat) that I have corrected. If you downloaded the update in the approximately 15 minute window between when I announced the update and when I uploaded the fix then downloading the part in question is sufficient to correct your library.

I think part 32289a needs to be renamed and have a tilde added.
The corresponding top part 32288 is using a tilde.

Yes. It's not new. It's been on the list. It is, however, the first part in a series to be moved from Technic Bionicle to Constraction/Constraction Accessory.
