It looks like Bricklink have added a 0 (zero) in all their patterned parts numbers. All the pattern number has four digits.
This makes all our parts with bricklink keywords, in need of editing.
Any idea on how that could be done?

Don't worry about it until the part needs editing for some other reason. Admin can edit the ones on the PT before they are released. The number is a reference only and the spec explicitly states that errors are not a cause for a hold.

I've noticed tiles; 3068b, 3069b, 87079,
and minidoll torsos are changed from FT
