Could someone verify that lightsaber hilt length is different? If length is different (as they are modeled), I'm a bit surprised that they are mixed together on Bricklink...
I only found these in my collection. All of them are 16mm long.
The chromed one is the oldest and all the DBG are from the Speed Champion Mustang, pretty recent.
I info about the ring on 64567, at both Bricklink and Rebrickable, seem to be incorrect.

...So 577a is definitely wrong with its 44 LDU length! What should we do, create a correct length 577c and obsoletize 577a? Or create currently missing 23307 and obsoletize 577a?

...and obsoletize 15556 and make a 15556a linked to the correct length version?

Don't know if this helps in any way, but this is what I see, if I add info from Brickset and Rebrickable.

15556 and 64567 replaced 23306 at the same time.
64567 have been redesigned at some point and is now more similar to the first version, without a bottom ring.

23306 and 64567 are present in LDD (and at Digitalbricks), but have some small issues.

Here's what I think we should do.

577a.dat is already made obsolete, and so is 15556.dat.

new file 577c.dat should be renumbered to 23306.dat,  "Older lightsaber with 35° slope, no ring".
new file 15556a.dat is made the Metallized counterpart of 23306.

577b.dat should be a Move to-file 64567, but it makes more sense to move it to 64567a.dat, "New lightsaber with 30° slope, with ring".
new file 64567b.dat need to be made as "New lightsaber with 30° slope, without ring"
