Hi,
Lego Dragon Wing 9 x 6 it's not present in Studio software. It's found in 76119 Batmobile set. Would be nice to have it for designing batmobiles.

Thank you!

This is a brand new part with a complicated geometry. It will take a while before someone decides to tackle it.

Geometry is not that complex. But good photos are necessary, and they won't be available before set availability...

Set is available, part is also in a HP Set, but proper pictures are really rare...

Hmm. BL lists this part in only one set.

I made some good quality photos with the background removed.

If you need more angles, tell me.

Most excellent, thanks!
One confirmation: is the outer rim usable with clips or is it a tad smaller?

Sorry, I must have goofed in the part number for my search... Indeed the sets are out!

No that's not what I meant. Question is, can I use the clip on outer rib? From your high resolution images I guess that the answer is no (loose connection), but...

BL search function is aweful... you always need to give the wildcard

The single colour one is only in the Batmobile, the one from HP is a "patterned" version

NewE says yes:

The main attachments are the two 3.18mm bars (used in the set to attach the wings to the body),  but there is also a 3.18mm hole and the curved outer edge is also 3.18, to allow further connections.

Hopefully last question, can you measure the following values? Put it another way - overall dimension? is bar hole on grid?

a - 6.4cm
b - 1.7cm
c - 1.2cm

Measured with a ruler. I cannot provide 2 decimals Sad

Mmhhh.... now I have a problem, it doesn't really fit.

It doesn't fit where? Unfortunately I don't think I can help you more.

I think he means that the numbers you gave don't match the relative dimensions in the photo, and cannot be made to match the photo.

Yes, exactly!

I understand. Well, for now i cannot help you more. I cannot provide exact perspective with a phone camera. Maybe some photoshop could manipulate the photos i gave to the exact dimensions.

You don't have a flat bed scanner, do you? That would be the best solution. Otherwise I'll make do with your photos Wink

I'll now wait for s01 and s02 to be available.
Hi, any updates on this part? It seems like they didn't add it to the software. i was able to partially import it in part designer, but it's buggy and cannot snap it on other parts. Any chance of a file with the whole piece?
Thank you!

Did you install the latest LDraw Parts Update (2020-01)? Part 38547 and all its subparts was issued in that release.
