On the smartphone I prefer fullscreen, on the laptop fullscreen overlay is better for me.

First of all, I didn't understand the question untill I clicked on the 3D view-button and saw the difference.

The Fullscreen overlay doesn't work on my smartphone unless I tilt it and look at it in a horizontal view. The 3d window seem to adapt to the width of the screen, and that makes it pretty useless.

Yah, I'm getting the same problem on my iPhone. I'll have to tinker with the css some more.
